CHICKEN & CORN CHOWDER


INGREDIENTS:
  • 1 rotisserie chicken
  • 2 Tbsp onion flakes
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp cumin
  • salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1 Tbsp chicken base or bouillon (3 cubes)
  • 1-1/2 cups water
  • 3 cups half-and half
  • 1 (15-oz) can creamed corn
  • 1/2 cup frozen corn kernels
  • 1 (4-oz) can green chiles
  • 2 cups shredded pepper jack cheese
INSTRUCTIONS:
  1. Remove skin from chicken and discard. Remove meat from chicken and chop. Discard bones.
  2. Place chopped chicken in a Dutch oven. Add remaining ingredients and stir.
