Fajita Skewer Recipe {Paleo + Whole30 Compliant}


Ingredients
  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast, trimmed
  • 2 Tbsp Fajita Seasoning
  • 2 Bell peppers, assorted colors
  • 1 Onion
Instructions
  1. Dice chicken into 1 in cubes and place into a ziplock with seasoning and mix until coated.
  2. Let meat marinate in fridge for at least 2 hours.
  3. Chop bell peppers and onions into 1 in pieces.
