Crock Pot Mushroom Angel Chicken Recipe


  • 2 Tablespoons Butter
  • 8 oz Baby Bellla Mushrooms- sliced
  • 1 Onion- Chopped
  • 3 lbs Chicken Breast Tenderloins
  • ½ Cup Sherry can substitute chicken broth
  • ½ Cup Chive and Onion Cream Cheese- Softened
  • 10¾ oz Can Cream of Mushroom Soup Not a fan of the can? Check out our homemade version
  • 1 oz Package Italian Dressing Mix
  • 12 oz Cooked Angel Hair Pasta or Spaghetti
  • Get Ingredients Powered by Chicory
  1. Melt butter in a skillet.
  2. Cook mushrooms and onion until tender.
  3. Meanwhile mix together sherry/broth, cream cheese, soup and dressing mix with a mixer until whipped together.
  4. Place chicken in bottom of your slow cooker.
  5. Top with mushrooms and onions.
  6. Pour sauce over top.
